Jane completed her Master of Social Work (MSW- Clinical Specialization) in 2012 with the University of Bedfordshire (England). She is a registered clinical social worker across multiple Canadian provinces ( Saskatchewan, Ontario, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia).

She holds the Authorized Practice Endorsement, which authorizes her to diagnose and treat mental health concerns according to the DSM-5. This demonstrates Jane’s extensive training and experience in mental health therapy and counselling. She has completed extensive clinical training in various evidence-based treatment modalities such as Level 3 Gottman method couples counselling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to mention but a few.

Jane loves to spend time with her family and close friends. Her favourite pastimes are travelling and experiencing new cuisines and cultures. She particularly enjoys swimming, reading, and listening to music.

Jamie Vogt is a registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2015 and her Master of Social Work, with a clinical social work practice specialization of trauma-informed practice, in 2021. The majority of her experience has been gained working within a health care setting providing treatment to a wide range of clinical presentations and mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, alcohol use disorders, and substance use disorders. She also has clinical experience providing intensive home-based family therapy designed to stabilize and strengthen families. Jamie is trained in evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. Jamie takes a strength-based, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and harm reduction approach, when working with people.
