Jane is a registered Clinical Social Worker, and clinical counsellor in Regina, Saskatchewan. She completed her Master of Social Work (MSW- Clinical Specialization) in 2012 with the University of Bedfordshire (England). She is a registered in Saskatchewan, and Ontario. She holds vast experience in mental health counselling and has completed extensive trainings in various evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman method for couples counselling, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), to mention but a few. When she is not working, she enjoys her time with her family and close friends.; her favourite pastimes include travelling and experiencing new cuisines and cultures. She particularly enjoys swimming, reading, and listening to music.
