Jane is a Registered Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist licensed in Saskatchewan and Ontario. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) – Clinical Specialization from the University of Bedfordshire, England, in 2012 and holds the Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE) with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW).
Jane supports adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, workplace stress and psychological injuries, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She provides compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Her clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and PTSD, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) for chronic pain, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
Jane is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered to make meaningful change. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, swimming, reading, and listening to music.
